To detect kidney disease at its initial stage, maintain good health, and save the lives of rural farmers, the 71st medical clinic of Manusath Derana was conducted at Aralagangwila Wilayaya Primary School in Polonnaruwa district on June 29, 2024.
Ragama Leesons Hospital was instrumental in the financial contribution, and Cipla Pharma Institute conducted lung, cholesterol, and blood sugar testing. Also, kidney testing and measuring blood pressure were done at the clinic. The Sri Lanka Eye Donation Society conducted an eye examination and gave free spectacles.
Sports equipment was donated to Wilayaya Primary School, and KIU University conducted awareness programs and interviews for training available to them for jobs in Japan.

වකුගඩු රෝගය මුලික අවස්ථාවේදීම හදුනාගෙන ග්‍රාමීය ගොවි ජනතාවගේ සෞඛ්‍ය යහපත්ව පවත්වාගැනීම උදෙසා සියල්ලට ප්‍රථම මිනිස්කම පෙරදැරිකරගත් මනුසත් දෙරණ සිදුකරන වෛද්‍ය සායන මාලාවේ 71වන සායනය 2024 ජූනි මස 29 වන දින පොලොන්නරුව දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ අරලගංවිල විලයාය ප්‍රාථමික විද්‍යාලයේ දී පවත්වනු ලැබුවා.
මේ සඳහා මුලය අනුග්‍රහය රාගම ලීසන්ස් රෝහලේ දක්වන ලද අතර මනුසත් දෙරණ හා එක්ව සිප්ලා ෆර්මා ආයතනය විසින් පෙනහළු, කොලේස්ටරෝල්, රුධිරගත සීනි ආදී පරීක්ෂණ සිදු කරන ලද අතර වකුගඩු, රුධිර පීඩනය, උසට සරිලන බර මැනීමද , ශ්‍රී ලංකා අක්ෂිදාන සංගමයේ සහභාගිත්වයෙන් ඇස් පරික්ෂාකොට නොමිලයේ කණ්නාඩි ලබාදීමද සිදු කෙරුණා. තවද එම විද්‍යාලයට ක්‍රීඩා උපකරණ ලබා දීමද, KIU විශ්ව විද්‍යාලය විසින් ජපානයේ රැකියා සඳහා පුහුණුවට පුද්ගලයින් දැනුවත් කිරීම හා අදාල සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණ පැවැත්වීමද සුවිශේෂී අංග වුවා.
මේ සඳහා සහය දැක්වූ IIHS උසස් අධ්‍යාපන ආයතනයටත්, සංවිධාන ශක්තිය සපයන ලද ජයමුතුගම ජනශක්ති සුභසාධක සමිතියටද, ප්‍රදේශයේ ජනතාවටද මනුසත් දෙරණ විශේෂ ස්තුතිය.
