Manusath Derana, with Ragama Leesans Hospital, celebrated Manusath Derana Senehase Ape Avurudu New Year’s celebrations at Ratmalana School for the Hearing and Speech Impaired on 10th April 2025. Children of the school dressed in New Year’s costumes shattered the silence and engaged in New Year’s games second to none, to the delight of all. The event also featured traditional New Year rituals such as lighting the hearth for traditional Kiri Ithirima, etc., creating a festive atmosphere filled with joy and laughter. The students showcased their talents through various performances, showcasing their skills and creativity to the audience. The event was a true celebration of culture and inclusivity, bringing together students, teachers, and parents in a joyous atmosphere. The school community came together to welcome the New Year with open arms and vibrant spirits, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

මනුසත් දෙරණ, රාගම ලීසන්ස් රෝහල සමඟ එක්ව 2025  අප්‍රේල් මස 10 වන දින රත්මලාන ශ්‍රවණ හා කථන ඌණතා ඇති දරුවන්ගේ  පාසලේ දී මනුසත් දෙරණ සෙනෙහසේ අපේ අවුරුදු උත්සවය සමරනු ලැබීය. අලුත් අවුරුදු ඇඳුමින් සැරසුණු පාසලේ ළමුන් නිහැඬියාව බිඳ දමමින් අලුත් අවුරුදු ක්‍රීඩාවල  නිරත වූ අයුරු  සියලු දෙනාගේ ම සතුටට හේතු වුනි. සම්ප්‍රදායික ලෙස ලිප ගිනිමොලවා කිරි ඉතිරිවීම වැනි අලුත් අවුරුදු චාරිත්‍රද මෙම උත්සවයේ ඇතුළත් වූ අතර, ප්‍රීතියෙන්  හා සිනහවෙන් පිරුණු උත්සව ශ්‍රියක්  නිර්මාණය විය. සිසු සිසුවියන් විවිධ ප්‍රාසාංගික ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම් වලින් සිය දක්ෂතා හැකියාවන් සහ නිර්මාණශීලිත්වය කදිමට ප්‍රදර්ශනය කල මෙම අවස්ථාව සංස්කෘතිය හා  සමාජයේ සියලු දෙනාම එක කරගැනීම පිළිබඳ සැබෑ සැමරුමක් වූ අතර, ප්‍රීතිමත් වාතාවරණයක් තුළ සිසුන්, ගුරුවරුන් සහ දෙමව්පියන් එකට එක්ව නව වසර විචිත්‍රවත් ලෙස විවෘත හදවතින්  පිළිගත් අතර ජීවිත කාලය පුරාම පවතින මතකයන් එක්කරගන්නා ලදී.
