The 57th Manusath Derana medical clinic held at Siyabalanduwa

The 57th Manusath Derana medical clinic was held on February 25 at Sri Abhinavarama Vihara Premises, Siambalanduwa Welimadaya, Monaragala District, to protect the lives of people who are at risk of contracting unidentified chronic kidney disease. The walimadayaya Diriya welfare sociaety join with Manusath Derana to organise the clinic.
Ragama Leesons Hospital is the financial sponsor for medical clinics conducted in areas where the disease is prevalent. The Sri Lanka Eye Donation Society, the IIHS Institute of Higher Education, and Cipla Pharmalanka provided specialized services. Aqualife Water and Oktan Marketing also contributed significantly to this program.
In addition to kidney disease detection tests, many activities were carried out here, including eye tests and donating spectacles, lipid profile tests, BMI, and raising awareness about healthy living.
In this program, spraying machines for farmer’s societies, a RO drinking water unit and library books for Kaluobba Junior College, and solar power units were donated to some people living without electricity.

හඳුනා නොගත් වකුගඩු රෝගයට ගොදුරුවීමේ අවදානමට පත්ව ඇති ජනතවගේ ජිවිත සුරක්ෂිත කිරීමට එම රෝගය මුලික අවස්ථාවේදීම හඳුනාගැනීමට සියල්ලට ප්‍රථම මිනිස්කම පෙරදැරිව මනුසත් දෙරණ සිදුකරන මනුසත් දෙරණ වෛද්‍ය සායන මාලාවේ 57වන සායනය පෙබරවාරි මස 25 වන දින මොණරාගල දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ සියඹලාණ්ඩුව වැලිමඩයාය ශ්‍රී අභිනවාරාම විහාර පරිශ්‍රයේදී සිදු කරන ලදී.

රෝගය බහුල ලෙස පැතිරෙන ප්‍රදේශවල වෙත ගොස් සිදු කරන මෙම වෛද්‍ය සායන මාලාවේ මෙවර වැඩසටහන සංවිධානය කරන ලද්දේ වැලිමඩයාය දිරිය සුභසාධක සංගමයයි. මුල්‍ය අනුග්‍රහය දක්වනු ලැබුවේ රාගම ලීසන්ස් රෝහලයි. සමගාමිව සිදුකල අක්ෂි සායනයට ශ්‍රී ලංකා අක්ෂිදාන සංගමයත්, සේවා සැපයීමෙන් IIHS උසස් අධ්‍යාපන ආයතනයත්, සිප්ලා ෆාමාලංකා ආයතනයත් එක්වන අතර මෙම වැඩසටහනට ඇක්වලයිෆ් වෝටර් මෙන්ම ඔක්ටාන් මාර්කටිං ආයතනය,සුවිශේෂී දායකත්වයක් දක්වන ලදී.

වකුගඩු රෝගය හඳුනා ගැනීමේ පරීක්ෂණය, අක්ෂි පරීක්ෂණය හා ඇස් කණ්නාඩි ලබාදීම, ලිපිඩ් ප්‍රොෆයිල් පරික්ෂනය, උසට සරිලන බර මැනීම හා සඛ්‍ය සම්පන්නව ජීවත්වීම පිළිබඳව දැනුවත් කිරීම ආදී ක්‍රියාකාරකම් රැසක් මෙහිදී සිදු කරන ලදී.

ප්‍රදේශයේ ගොවි සමිති වලට ඉසින යන්ත්‍ර ලබාදීම, කළුඔබ්බ කනිෂ්ඨ විද්‍යාලයට පානිය ජල පෙරන යන්ත්‍රයක් හා පුස්තකාල පොත් ලබාදීම, විදුලිය නොමතුව වෙසෙන අයවලුන් කිහිප දෙනෙකුට සුර්ය බල කට්ටල ලබාදීම ද මෙම වැඩසටහනේදී සිදු කරන ලදී.
